International Mini Grand Prix at Toa Payoh Central 1982
The first international mini-Grand Prix was organised by the Toa Payoh Modellers' Club in the Toa Payoh Central car park. Despite the absence of Formula One racing in Singapore since 1973, which wouldn't resume until 2008, enthusiasts continued to pursue their passion for racing.
