You have 3 calendar days to return your product from the date you received it at any of our outlets. To be eligible, your product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Finally, you must also produce the receipt or proof of purchase for your product.
Once we receive your product, we will contact you directly for a followup.
We do not offer refunds due to the nature of our custom-made products. Please drop us a message and we will look into your order if there are extenuating circumstances and we will be happy to work out remedial solutions.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying your shipping costs when returning your product.
You will also be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the collection of your re-produced product. Alternatively, you can choose to collect the item at any of our outlets with free-of-charge (FOC) provision.
For any refunds of any amount regarding wrong purchases etc., we may charge an admin processing fee.
