'The Snakes' is a series of 4 serpentine bends on Old Upper Thomson Road that was part of the Singapore Grand Prix on the Upper Thomson Circuit. During the races, it was a thrilling area to watch the races as cars and motorcycles took on the bends at high speeds. Today, it is a one-way road lined with lush greenery as part of the Thomson Nature Park.
