A trishaw rider pedalled on his trishaw to donate blood at the Singapore Blood Transfusion Service (SBTS), General Hospital. The SBTS was formed in June 1946 after the end of World War II. In 1988, they moved into the National Blood Centre, now known as Bloodbank@HSA.
