Shipping

Orders shipped within Singapore:

  • Shipped (4-7 working days) - Starting from SGD 5.99, please use our shipping calculator to get a quote.
  • Self-collection (4 - 7working days) - Free, collect from any of our outlets located islandwide.

International shipping:

  • Tracked shipping - Please use our shipping calculator to get a quote.

You will receive the tracking number via email from the shipping company, once it has been mailed out. 

Orders shipped within Singapore:

  • For shipping or self-collection, the item will arrive within the listed production time of 4-7 workdays 

International shipping (all orders outside of Singapore):

  • Items would take at least 1- 2 weeks for arrival

To expedite your order, please get in touch with us and we will let you know of the cost of our express surcharge.

Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately, we're unable to offer change-of-mind refunds. However, we're here to help with any concerns, so feel free to drop us a message. 

We're sorry to hear that you've received a defective product. Please read our Returns Policy to ensure that you meet the conditions for return.

If the item has already been printed, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be allowed.

Otherwise, refunds are allowed and we may charge an admin processing fee.

You will receive the tracking number via email from the shipping company. 

Once you have confirmed and submitted your order, you are unable to cancel it due to the custom nature of our products.

If there are any errors, please contact us ASAP so that we can attempt to rectify them before production.

Unfortunately, we're unable to apply the discount once the order has been placed. Please make sure to check your order before submitting.

Managing Account

Click here to register for an account. 

You can add and edit your addresses in your profile.

Please ensure that you enter the correct address for deliveries. 

Under your account, please go to My Details > Account Information and click the edit button at the top right corner. This will open up the following panel, allowing you to delete your account.

It will take ~10 days to delete your account.
