National Day Parade at Marina Floating Platform on 9 Aug 2017. The Marina Floating Platform was, at one point, the world's largest performance stage on water, at 120 metres by 83 metres. It was first built to host the 2007 National Day Parade but served as a multi-purpose facility for sporting events and cultural performances. It was demolished in 2023 to make way for NS Square, a new permanent waterfront venue.
