The Supertree Observatory sits atop the tallest of 18 Supertrees, as high as a 16-storey building, and offering unblocked views of the Gardens set against Singapore’s cityscape. The giant structures are also designed to harvest solar energy, with 496 solar panels fitted on seven of the trees. The Supertrees provide shade in the day and feature a light and music show at night. (Dec 27, 2019)
