Australia's Formula One driver, Vern Schuppan drove a cool and well-judged race to win the Eighth Singapore Grand Prix at the Upper Thomson Road Circuit. Schuppan, 30, covered the punishing 150-mile race in 1hr 38min 58.3sec.
