Sun power: Singapore is home to one of the world's largest inland floating solar photovoltaic systems, spanning 45ha across 10 "islands". Occupying the area of 45 football fields in Tengeh Reservoir, the Sembcorp Tengeh Floating Solar Farm generates enough energy to power about 16,000 four-room HDB flats for a year. (June 20, 2021).
