About This Image:

A temple musician plays the nadaswaram, a traditional wind instrument, as devotees gather at Sri Thendayuthapani Temple to offer prayers on Deepavali. Known as the Chettiars’ Temple, this historic site on Tank Road was built in 1859 and gazetted as a national monument in 2014.
